History of McKinley Marketing Partners
McKinley Marketing Partners, Inc., was founded in 1995 by Michelle Boggs and Carol Herod Sharer as a pioneer marketing services firm for Fortune 1000 companies.
President and Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder Michelle Boggs is a former McKinley Interim Marketing ManagerSM (IMM®) who spearheads the company's strategy and daily operations. Co-Founder Carol Sharer is a former senior vice president for MCI who led the design and development of the renowned Friends and Family campaign.
In 1997, Boggs developed a strategic, business process management system called the McKinley Information Management System (MIMS). MIMS is a real-time applicant tracking system as well as a database comprising the individual skills of each professional resource, activity-specific experience, project status, activity reporting, billing capabilities and client information. MIMS enables McKinley to respond to client needs as quickly as the same day of the request.
